Uniform StoreThe ACOA Uniform Store is a service offered by the ACOA to provide the opportunity for USPHS officers to obtain uniform and rank items at reduced rates. Proceeds from the uniform sales are used to support ACOA activities, including the annual Anchor and Caduceus dinner, the annual promotion ceremony, and community service activities. The PHS Flag, seen above in close-up and flying on a free standing flagpole with the US Flag, is a high quality material 3 X 5 foot nylon flag with the USPHS seal printed on two separate pieces of material that is then stitched together with a liner in between so that the seal appears correct from both sides of the flag. It has metal grommets for flying on a wall mounted or free standing flagpole which make them appropriate for proud outdoor display at your home. They are equally at home on your office wall and they also make a great addition to carry with you on deployment!

Desk Top Flag Sets - $17 (ACOA Member price-$15)
Desk top flag sets available for
purchase for your home or office. The set will
include a 4"x 6" US flag and a 4"x 6" PHS flag
in a synthetic silk material on a black
plastic staff with a golden tip and a black
base that will hold both flags. These flags
would also make an excellent gift for a fellow
officer or civil servant. The PHS flag is not
readily available in any size making this desk
set unique!
These blue and gold embossed metal license plates are unique and only available through ACOA.

The newest version of the CDC Challenge Coin features the CDC Logo on the front and the PHS Seal on the back. The coin is 1.75” in diameter, larger than the standard PHS coin.

gift. The acrylic case protects your coin when
carried in your pocket or purse and the case
with the foam insert helps keep the coin from

Note that we are unable to process credit card payments at this time.
For CDC/ATSDR officers, checks can be sent to CAPT Bruce Tierney via Mail Stop MS-F59. It is not recommended to send cash via interoffice mail. CAPT Tierney is located in Building 106 on the CDC/Chamblee Campus if you would like to pick up items in person. Items sent to you via Interoffice mail will be your responsibility should they get lost!
If you need to mail your payment please contact CAPT Tierney for the appropriate mailing address.
We make every effort to keep shipping charges to a minimum. If you need to have an item shipped to you contact CAPT Tierney for shipping cost details. Items can be mailed to addresses outside Atlanta (including international locations with an APO or US Embassy address in most cases) but shipping charges may be higher. Typically we use USPS Flat Rate shipping envelopes or boxes. If you wish to have your items shipped with another carrier please contact CAPT Tierney to discuss.
Shipping cost for most single items starts at $5.25 (except Travel Tumblers - for shipment of Travel Tumblers, contact CAPT Tierney for total shipping costs). If ordering more than one of a particular item or a mix of PHS Pride items from ACOA it may affect total shipping costs. Multiple items can sometimes be put in the same shipping envelope or box to save on shipping expense. Please contact CAPT Bruce Tierney to advise when ordering multiple items or with any questions about shipping.
Tracking is available for an additional 75
cents and is highly recommended.
